Password strength describes how resistant a password is to guessing and cracking attacks.

- Mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols improves variety.

A short password like 123456 or qwerty is often cracked in less than a second. A longer unique passphrase like Blue-Lemon!River-2026 can push estimated crack times to years or longer.
